I am a professional and reliable administrator with more than 10 years of experience managing all aspects of administration functions. Covering office and people management, human resources & recruiting, training, employee’s relation, budgeting.
I have had the chance to work in several fields such as, tourism, Imp. & Exp., logistic, furniture, construction, education and training.
My most recent experience has been working as an Administrative Coordinator for Al-Maha Academy for boys. I played a critical part in coordinating between several departments in the area of communication and how to respond in a timely manner.
Also during my period at Mica Qatar, I worked as the Administration manager, I was able to handle a proper communication between employees and all the senior managers; also, I have managed to handle all aspects of the employees relation and function, from handling their visas, work permits, medical care, personal documents. I also managed to handle all kind of services for the company’s visitors, consultants, professors, lecturers and trainers for short and long period visits to Qatar.
I believe that giving the utmost attention to the welfare of any company’s employees will give the opportunity to the employees to give their best. I managed to encourage mutual confidence and goodwill between the workers and the employers, as among the individual workers.
